Onitrona¹ built the HowAreYou app as free app. This SERVICE is provided by Onitrona at no cost and is intended for use as is.

This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.

If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that We collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

Health Data

This section describes how handle your Health Data:.

Data Collected: The app allows you to log your daily records. This includes information about your mood, energy levels, sleep patterns, and other self-tracked health metrics that you choose to record.
Storage: Your Health Data is stored localy on your device and synchronized using Firebase (Google's cloud platform) only if you register in app. Registration allows your data to be backed up and accessible across multiple devices when you are logged into your account.
Purpose and Usage: This data is used solely to provide you with the core functionality of the app (e.g., displaying your history, showing statistics, identifying trends). I do not use this data for advertising purposes, and I do not sell it to third parties.
Security Measures: Access to your Health Data in Firebase is protected by industry-standard security rules. Only you (the authenticated user) have access to your personal health records. I do not have employees who browse through user data.
Sharing: Your Health Data is never shared with third parties for marketing, advertising, or research purposes without your explicit consent.
Data Deletion: You can request deletion of your account and all associated Health Data at any time. Please follow the instructions on this page.

Third Party Access

Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and their service. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties in the ways that are described in this privacy statement.

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.

Log Data

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
